Professional History

Sue has been finding homes for families and individuals since 1978.   She believes in  strong education. Besides having a teaching degree in math, Sue has earned her Broker, CRS, ABR, and GRI designations...all of which help her to better serve your real estate needs.

 

If you are truly wanting to own your own home or find another home, please give Sue a call to set up a free consultation. At that time Sue will listen to your wants and needs and together with you will search for the perfect home.  We will also talk about what you can qualify for, what your payments will be, how soon you will need possession, etc.

Sue is a member of the local Multiple Listing Service and can show you any home that is on the market, even if it is not listed with our company.

If you are needing to sell a home, you have to come to the right person. Sue will do a free market analysis and show you what other homes have sold in your neighborhood and your competition to help you determine an asking price. Sue will also show you your approximate net proceeds from the sale and will design a market strategy to obtain the most amount of money, in the least amount of time, and with the least amount of inconvenience.  Sue does extensive advertising in the Harmon Homes Magazine, the KC Star, the Examiner, the internet, and many mailouts to past
clients and renters.

Biography

Sue's career began as a secondary school math teacher.  She taught for two years and left teaching in 1978 to work in real estate.

Sue has lived in Blue Springs since 1976.  She's been married since 1984 and has two children who attends the Blue Springs School District.  Sue is a frequent volunteer at their schools and loves being there with her kids.  She's also on the Citizens Advisory Committee for the School District and a member of the Music Boosters.

Hobbies Sue enjoys include tennis and cycling.  She also loves the outdoors, gardening, a good movie, all sports.  But most of all she loves finding the right home that makes her clients happy.
