About Sue

Biography

I have been passionate about helping people find homes in the Kansas City, Missouri area for over 46 years. Clear communication and personalized service are at the heart of my approach. After earning my degree from the University of Missouri in Columbia, I moved to Blue Springs in 1976 to teach high school math. Two years later, I transitioned into real estate and have been dedicated to serving buyers and sellers ever since.

I primarily list homes in Jackson, Cass, Clay, and Lafayette counties. However, as a buyer’s agent, I expand my reach to wherever my clients want to live. My role goes beyond simply finding a home—I guide buyers through every step of the process, from showings and inspections to loan approvals and closing day.

For sellers, I take a strategic approach to marketing, communication, and problem-solving, especially in today’s competitive market. If a listing expires with another company, I work to develop a fresh marketing strategy to get the home sold. Staging and effective marketing play a crucial role in achieving success.

I also believe in continuous education to better serve my clients. I hold my CRS, GRI, ABR, broker’s license, and I am VA certified. I’m always taking classes to stay ahead in the industry. Whether you’re buying or selling, I am committed to providing expert guidance every step of the way.
